Welcome to The Barlon online appointment booking platform. By using our website and booking an appointment, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms and conditions, please do not use our website.
2.1. All appointments made through this website are subject to availability.
2.2. To book an appointment, users must provide accurate and current personal information as required by the online form.
2.3. You will receive a confirmation email and/or SMS once your appointment has been successfully booked. This email and/or SMS serves as the proof of your booking.
2.4. Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment to ensure a timely service. Late arrivals might result in shortened service time or the rescheduling of your appointment.
2.5. For special offers and promotions, specific booking and cancellation terms may apply. Please refer to the promotional details.
3.1. If you need to cancel an appointment, please do so at least 2 hours in advance to avoid any cancellation fees.
3.2. Cancellations made within 2 hours of the appointment time will incur a fee of 50% of the service cost.
3.3. No-shows without any prior cancellation will be charged the full amount of the service.
3.4. Cancellation fees will be debited from the account or payment method provided at the time of booking.
3.5. We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. If you have a genuine reason for late cancellation or no-show, please contact us, and we'll do our best to accommodate.
4.1. You may reschedule your appointment up to 2 hours before the booked time without any charges.
4.2. Rescheduling within 2 hours of the appointment may be subject to availability and might incur additional fees.
4.3. We reserve the right to reschedule your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will provide you with as much notice as possible.
5.1. All prices listed on the website are accurate at the time of publication. However, we reserve the right to change prices without prior notice.
5.2. Payment for services can be made online through our secure portal or in person at our barber shop.
6.1. Refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis, depending on the circumstances.
6.2. To request a refund, please contact us directly, providing a detailed explanation. Each case will be reviewed individually, and a decision will be made at our discretion.
6.3. Once approved, refunds are typically processed within 5-7 working days. However, the exact duration for the funds to reflect in your account might vary depending on your bank's policies and procedures.
6.4. While we endeavour to process refunds promptly, we have no control over the time it takes for the refunded amount to appear in your account. We advise you to check with your bank if you experience any delays.
7.1. Clients are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful manner while on the premises. Any inappropriate behaviour may result in immediate termination of the service and a request to leave.
8.1. The Barlon is not liable for any personal belongings that are lost, damaged, or stolen during your visit.
8.2. Any damages caused to our property by a client will result in a charge for the cost of repair or replacement.
9.1. We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and by continuing to use our website after changes are made, you agree to abide by the modified terms.
